These materials can also be requested through your Iris ID partner or reseller, or directly from the Iris ID Technical Support department (requires product registration). A limited version of the Iris ID Knowledge Base is publicly accessible and may include basic documentation or product information.

Iris ID Partners and Resellers: Full access to the Iris ID Knowledgebase is restricted to authorized partners and resellers to protect proprietary information and ensure that technical resources are used by trained professionals. Access requires creating an account and receiving authorization for elevated permissions. To register or log in, visit the Iris ID Knowledge Base and select “Create a New Account” or sign in if you already have one.
